Return Policy
Our goal at
uneedtshirtsTM is for each customer to receive the
quality products that they have ordered. We have
established a return policy to allow our customers to
return any product that is found to be defective upon
receipt. When
possible, we check each item before it is shipped or
delivered, but
there is the remote possibility that something could be
overlooked during inspection. Defective merchandise
will be credited to the client with either a merchandise
credit, or a refund for the defective item(s) only, at
the discretion of
uneedtshirtsTM.
Due to the
nature of our business, most, if not all items sold by
uneedtshirtsTM are custom made for the client. If
the product(s) that our client has ordered is custom
made, was ordered and approved of specifically for them,
or has their approved artwork printed on it, there is no refund
or credit for any item(s) because they do not like,
want, or need the
product(s). On this basis, all sales
are final.
All
requests for returns must be initiated within five
business days of receipt of the merchandise. Defective
merchandise will only be credited if the defect is due
to manufacturing or printing. If the defect is due to
misuse by the client, a credit will not be granted. The
final determination of condition will be at the
discretion of
uneedtshirtsTM.
The customer
is responsible for shipping charges to return any item
to
uneedtshirtsTM for any reason. If a refund is
granted, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the refund or
credit to arrive.
Before
returning any item to
uneedtshirtsTM, clients must
first contact
uneedtshirtsTM via e-mail at
info@uneedtshirts.com
and request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number. Please include in the e-mail the item(s) being
returned, the reason for return, the date of purchase,
client’s name, address, and form of payment. We will
send a return e-mail with the RMA number and
instructions for returning defective item(s). Any item
returned without a RMA number will not be refunded or
credited.
